About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and lead the global Quality Management System (QMS) strategy and multi-year roadmap
Establish and govern enterprise-wide quality systems, including policies, standards, and controls across all sites (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer-specific requirements)
Own the global Business Management System (BMS) certification strategy
Govern the effectiveness of core quality processes
Lead enterprise change governance through the global Change Control Board (CCB)
Ensure integration of quality systems across the Product Lifecycle (PLC)
Own global restricted materials compliance (e.g., RoHS, REACH, PFAS)
Drive digital transformation of quality systems
Champion First Time Right (FTR) performance
Lead enterprise quality performance management
Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and enterprise functions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 12+ years of relevant experience in leadership roles
Bachelor's degree; or 10 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 8 years experience; or equivalent experience
