About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Specialized medical care: You will treat our patients via telemedicine consultations with a particular focus on skin conditions such as acne, rosacea, melasma and perioral dermatitis.
Individualized, evidence-based therapies: You will develop personalized treatment plans and prescribe medicinal formulations tailored to each patient.
Ongoing therapy support: You will provide continuous monitoring and adjustment of therapies to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Broader perspective: You will have the opportunity to gain insight into business operations and, if desired, actively participate in projects within our start-up.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Valid medical license (Approbation) to practice in Germany
Empathy, a strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to providing the best possible support to patients
Motivation to rethink medicine and actively shape telemedical care
Enjoyment of challenges and teamwork — including in digital environments
Excellent German language skills (C2 or native level)
Availability of at least 30 hours per week (full-time preferred)
Experience in a specialty treating chronic or lifestyle-associated conditions is a plus but not required
