Finance Manager
FORMEL SKINFinance Manager responsible for accounting and financial control functions at FORMEL SKIN. Establishing financial workflows and reporting transparency to support business growth in online dermatology.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Processing of all transactions relevant to the general ledger and sub-ledger in NetSuite
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and consolidation
- Managing the end-to-end group consolidation process across all entities
- Owning the rolling cash flow forecast and monitoring working capital
- Overseeing the purchase order process, including approvals
- Supporting the annual budget process and delivering timely variance analysis
- Ensuring the correct accounting of complex matters across all entities
- Liaising with tax advisors, auditors and financial authorities
- Supporting the implementation of accounting requirements and maintaining internal controls
- Proactively driving the needed adjustments in the accounting set-up and cost controlling
- Driving projects that improve transparency, workflows and process efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years of relevant background with both educational and commercial training
- Hands-on experience in a finance function managing multiple entities or a group structure
- Confident in handling numbers with an analytical and process-oriented approach
- Strong Excel skills and experience using NetSuite
- Professional experience in accounting with very good HGB knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-entity consolidations
- Experience in building and maintaining cash flow forecasts and understanding working capital requirements
- Familiarity with end-to-end purchase order workflows and accounts payable controls
- Ability to manage competing deadlines
- Strong communications in English; German is preferred.
