About the role
- Drive full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and outreach to interviews, offers, and closing
- Source top talent proactively through LinkedIn, professional networks, and market research, with a focus on operational and high-volume roles
- Leverage AI and automation tools to increase sourcing efficiency, candidate engagement, and pipeline management
- Manage coordination tasks such as scheduling, candidate communication, and process tracking to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams
- Contribute to talent initiatives such as building sourcing playbooks, improving the candidate experience, and using data to refine our approach
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English
- 3–4 years of recruiting experience (agency, in-house, or startup backgrounds welcome)
- Proven ability to run searches end-to-end while also taking on coordination and administrative tasks when needed
- Strong LinkedIn and sourcing skills; comfortable with direct outreach and talent mapping
- Proficient with ATS platforms (Teamtailor, Greenhouse, Ashby, or similar) and able to manage pipelines and processes with ease
