About the role
- Select candidates and support learners in finding a host organization for their placements (medical practices, clinics, healthcare facilities, medico-social organizations).
- Identify and engage partners in the medical sector and expand the local network.
- Implement a commercial development and communication plan (outreach, events, trade shows, local initiatives).
- Ensure follow-up and satisfaction of partner organizations.
- Contribute to the development and promotion of the SAMA (Medical Secretary Assistant) training program in the region.
Requirements
- Education or substantial experience in the medical, paramedical, or medical-administrative fields (medical secretariat, medical assistance, care coordination, administrative health management, etc.).
- Experience in a medical environment and/or in developing partnerships.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships, and a proactive mindset.
- Autonomy, strong organizational skills, and a service-oriented attitude.
- Interest in knowledge transfer, training, and project development.
