About the role
- Select candidates and support learners in finding a host organization or placement (private practices, clinics, healthcare institutions).
- Identify and approach medical partners in the sector and expand the local network.
- Implement a commercial and marketing development plan (prospecting, communications, trade shows, etc.).
- Monitor partner organizations and ensure their satisfaction.
Requirements
- Diploma in Medical Secretarial Studies (or equivalent).
- Experience in medical secretarial/administrative work and business development.
- Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and enthusiasm for fieldwork.
- Good organizational skills, autonomy, and a strong service orientation.
