About the role
- Select candidates and support learners in finding their host placements (medical practices, clinics, healthcare institutions).
- Prospect local medical partners in the sector and develop the regional network.
- Implement a commercial and marketing development plan (prospecting, communications, exhibitions).
- Monitor partner organisations and ensure their satisfaction.
Requirements
- Diploma as a Medical Secretary (or equivalent).
- Experience in medical secretarial work and business development.
- Strong interpersonal skills, initiative and a hands-on approach.
- Good organisational skills, autonomy and a service-oriented mindset.
