About the role

  • Select candidates and support learners in finding their host placements (medical practices, clinics, healthcare facilities, medico-social organizations).
  • Prospect for partners in the medical sector and develop the local network.
  • Implement a commercial and communication development plan (outreach, events, trade shows, local activities).
  • Ensure follow-up and satisfaction of partner organizations.
  • Contribute to the development and promotion of the SAMA Medical Secretary training in the region.

Requirements

  • Formal training or significant experience in the medical, paramedical or medical-administrative field (medical secretariat, medical assistance, care coordination, administrative management in healthcare, etc.).
  • Experience in a medical environment and/or in partnership development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ease in building relationships and a proactive approach.
  • Autonomy, organisation and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Interest in teaching, training and project development.
