About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to Form3's global sponsor bank product strategy
Own the roadmap for sponsor-bank-enabled platform capabilities
Design reusable sponsor bank engagement and onboarding models across multiple jurisdictions
Build relationships with sponsor banks and payment infrastructure providers
Translate sponsor bank, regulatory, and payment scheme requirements into product capabilities
Analyze domestic and international payment flows to identify product innovation opportunities
Partner with Engineering, Commercial, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Customer Success teams
Support market assessments, commercial business cases, and strategic market expansion initiatives
Define KPIs for sponsor bank proposition success and market readiness
Champion sponsor banking across the Product organization
Represent Form3 in customer engagements and industry events where appropriate

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive Product Management experience within Payments, Banking, Financial Market Infrastructure, or FinTech
Strong understanding of domestic and international payment ecosystems, including clearing, settlement, sponsor banking, liquidity management, and payment schemes
Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end Product Management, including product strategy, roadmap ownership, and product definition
Proven experience working with senior stakeholders across financial institutions
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong commercial awareness with experience supporting partnership models or business cases
Ability to simplify complex payment and regulatory concepts into clear product direction
Experience working collaboratively with Engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes
Desirable: experience supporting international market expansion
Desirable: experience developing sponsor bank propositions
Desirable: experience expanding payment rail capabilities across multiple markets
Desirable: experience representing an organization through customer engagement, industry events, or thought leadership
