About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensuring exceptional customer service is given to each patient during in person consultations
- Support the Sales Consultant in the field with the completion of forms and/or paperwork as a result of consultations and device orders
- Collaborate with the Sales Consultant to meet monthly sales and conversion quotas, focusing on in-person demonstrations
- Initiate contact, schedule home unit instruction and follow up at 72 hours on all referrals for H-Wave home units assigned by Corporate, the RSD or the Sales Consultant
- Confirm appointments and conduct consultations in the field to ensure a smooth sales process and customer satisfaction
- Work independently in the field following directions and established processes, while effectively managing your assigned territory
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company policies, processes, and software to support efficient field sales operations
- Model a culture reflective of our core company values during interactions with clients, patients, health care providers and co-workers both in the office and in the field
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must reside in the Inland Empire, CA area
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in anatomy or physiology preferred
- Demonstrated ability to meet goals in a rapidly changing environment
- Customer Service experience, ideally working with external customers
- Ability to forge, expand, and maintain relationships with our strategic partners
- Strong oral and written communication skills across various media including phone, video, and email
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
