Requirements

  • 10+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
  • A minimum of 3+ years specifically dedicated to Mechanical or Hardware Engineering
  • A deep understanding of the lifecycle of physical products
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders
  • Strong track record of recruiting for Mechanical, Electrical, or Physical Science roles
  • Power-user of modern recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter and Ashby)
  • Superior organizational skills and ability to articulate Form Energy’s mission
  • Operate as a deeply integrated partner within a cohesive team
