- Identify and implement non-traditional ways to build talent pools
Requirements
- 10+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- A minimum of 3+ years specifically dedicated to Mechanical or Hardware Engineering
- A deep understanding of the lifecycle of physical products
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Strong track record of recruiting for Mechanical, Electrical, or Physical Science roles
- Power-user of modern recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter and Ashby)
- Superior organizational skills and ability to articulate Form Energy’s mission
- Operate as a deeply integrated partner within a cohesive team
