Key responsibilities & impact

Perform on-site installation, service, modification and repair of Semiconductor ALD coating equipment
Troubleshoot new problems remotely and in the field efficiently
Co-author and follow necessary documentation for procedures, processes, and best practices
Support in-house semiconductor tool operations
Maintain a safe work environment and staying OSHA compliant
Initiate management of changes or corrective action requests for continual improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years’ experience OR Technical Associate’s Degree or equivalent military training with 8+ years’ experience
Industry-relevant field service and customer service experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.; CRM platforms
Basic understanding of semiconductor deposition techniques and equipment design
Excellent customer-facing communication skills
Ability to travel frequently, and on short notice if required
