About the role
- Own Forge Nano’s Asia-Pacific supply chain strategy and execution, with a focus on Taiwan-based suppliers.
- Lead supplier partnerships, logistics optimization, and dual sourcing strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and framework agreements to optimize cost and lead times.
- Implement supplier scorecards (OTD, quality, cost competitiveness).
- Oversee Taiwan export/import logistics and customs compliance.
- Manage just-in-time materials to support FAT/SAT readiness for Tephra tool shipments.
- Partner with Forge Nano’s Quality team on ISO 9001 and SEMI S2 supplier compliance.
- Implement risk management strategies, including dual sourcing and regional supplier diversification.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business (MBA or PMP preferred)
- 10+ years managing supply chains in semiconductor equipment, capital equipment, or aerospace industries.
- Deep familiarity with Taiwan’s semiconductor supply chain (Hsinchu cluster, module/automation suppliers)
- Bilingual – Fluent Mandarin & English.
- Strong negotiation and supplier development skills.
- Proficiency with ERP (CiBZ, SAP, Oracle), MS Project/Smartsheet.
- Knowledge of ISO, SEMI, and export compliance.
