About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide individualized advice to new and existing customers on feeding and housing of laying hens
- Develop tailored feeding concepts based on on-farm observations, production targets and economic parameters
- Drive sales through targeted new customer acquisition and by maintaining and expanding long-term customer relationships
- Analyze market trends and commercial opportunities in close collaboration with the team
- Participate in technical events and training sessions
- Utilize digital tools to analyze farm data
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in agricultural sciences, agricultural apprenticeship with further training, or relevant professional experience in feed sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset and ability to work conceptually
- Team player with a passion for poultry production
