About the role
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from hiring manager intake to offer across global roles.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles.
- Lead interviews and guide hiring teams to ensure structured and objective decision-making.
- Drive offer management and negotiations with selected candidates.
- Proactively identify and engage top talent through active sourcing (LinkedIn, networks, market mapping).
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
- Apply a market-driven approach to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
- Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, providing guidance on hiring strategies and market insights.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the process.
- Collaborate with internal teams (People & Culture, the Works Council, Procurement, IT) to ensure smooth execution.
- Drive standardized, efficient recruitment processes.
- Track and analyze key TA KPIs (e.g. me-to-hire, pipeline quality).
- Contribute to the development of FSC’s employer branding and TA strategy.
- Support implementation on and optimization on our ATS systems (e.g. Personio).
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent training or experience in a relevant field, such as in Human Resources, Organization & Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years professional experience in recruitment / Talent Acquisition with proven track record in end-to-end recruitment ownership.
- Proven experience in managing multiple job requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
- Proven ability to collaborate and build trust across multiple functions and stakeholders, with advisory capabilities and experience working in a multi-cultural global team.
- Strong experience in active sourcing / direct search (must-have).
- Previous experience in a leading headhunting / executive search firm (e.g. agency experience) is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational capability: Demonstrates a structured, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented approach, with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and proactive drive to deliver results.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must. German language skill would be a strong asset.
