About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the primary point of contact, orchestrating communication between client stakeholders and Foresite’s delivery teams to ensure seamless service execution.
- Proactively manage account health metrics and conduct regular business reviews to ensure MSSP services meet established KPIs.
- Align client business objectives with long-term protection and compliance goals, ensuring our delivery remains a high-value asset.
- Own the full renewal lifecycle for Mid-Market accounts, identifying "at-risk" signs early and developing strategic mitigation plans.
- Deeply understand evolving security needs to identify opportunities for upselling additional Foresite services or Google SecOps features.
- Provide structured feedback to Foresite leadership to help refine managed service offerings and the overall Mid-Market customer experience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management, specifically managing a portfolio of Mid-Market clients in the cybersecurity or SaaS space.
- You possess a solid understanding of managed security services (MSSP), including the value proposition of SIEM and SOAR concepts.
- You are an expert at building rapport and maintaining long-term engagement with mid-level management and executive stakeholders (CISOs/IT Directors).
- You have an innate ability to interpret account health data to drive proactive outreach and creative problem-solving.
- Familiarity or direct experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Google SecOps is a plus.
- Experience working within an MSSP environment or a deep understanding of the cybersecurity threat landscape is a plus.
- Exceptional ability to translate technical security outcomes into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
