Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end project management for multiple, simultaneous technical and business initiatives, ensuring adherence to quality standards and organizational policies.
Drive project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution to ensure successful delivery.
Identify, document, and mitigate project risks and issues early; establish and maintain project governance, documentation, and reporting standards.
Communicate proactively with stakeholders at all levels, providing status updates, risk assessments, and recommended actions tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Build strong relationships across teams to ensure accountability and alignment on project goals.
Partner with engineering and cybersecurity teams to ensure technical requirements are integrated into broader project milestones.
Lead or contribute to process improvement initiatives, optimizing workflows and implementing best practices across the project lifecycle.
Conduct 'lessons learned' sessions to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous organizational learning.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–8+ years of progressive project management experience, preferably in technology-driven environments.
2-3 years of cybersecurity experience, specifically with knowledge of Google SecOps.
Strong understanding of SIEM, SOAR and MDR technologies with the ability to manage security operations onboarding projects.
Hold a PMP certification and have a proven track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the interpersonal savvy to manage diverse stakeholder expectations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
