About the role
- Serve as partner communities' internal advocate, ensuring excellent Forerunner experience and gathering feedback
- Ensure customer health: become a trusted advisor, understand workflows, and drive project success, retention, and renewal
- Product activation: deliver user communications, customized in-app onboarding, and continued learning
- Support account expansion by identifying opportunities and partnering with sales and leadership
- Evangelize success stories and develop case studies to help community partners grow
- Coordinate customer feedback with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to improve product and support customers
- Contribute to the development of customer success policies and procedures as an early team member
Requirements
- Excellent, empathetic communicator
- Detail-oriented and committed to quality
- Comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity
- 2+ years of professional experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Experience supporting SaaS software preferred but not required
- Interest or experience in GovTech, floodplain management or flood insurance, GIS/mapping, or project management for government clients
