About the role

  • Serve as partner communities' internal advocate, ensuring excellent Forerunner experience and gathering feedback
  • Ensure customer health: become a trusted advisor, understand workflows, and drive project success, retention, and renewal
  • Product activation: deliver user communications, customized in-app onboarding, and continued learning
  • Support account expansion by identifying opportunities and partnering with sales and leadership
  • Evangelize success stories and develop case studies to help community partners grow
  • Coordinate customer feedback with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to improve product and support customers
  • Contribute to the development of customer success policies and procedures as an early team member

Requirements

  • Excellent, empathetic communicator
  • Detail-oriented and committed to quality
  • Comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity
  • 2+ years of professional experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Experience supporting SaaS software preferred but not required
  • Interest or experience in GovTech, floodplain management or flood insurance, GIS/mapping, or project management for government clients
