About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and contribute to the development of high-quality proposal responses for RFPs
- Lead and coordinate the preparation of RFP responses, collaborating with internal stakeholders
- Draft, edit, and format proposal documents for clarity and compliance
- Maintain and update a centralized repository of RFP content and templates
- Track RFP opportunities and manage timelines for submissions
- Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding RFP inquiries
- Submit and manage FOIA requests to obtain competitive data
- Assist in managing relationships with key buyer cooperatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Highly motivated individuals eager to be part of a fast-paced company
- Strong written communication and editing skills
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Familiarity with public procurement processes and FOIA practices
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other Office applications, especially managing large documents with citations
- Proficiency or experience in Adobe InDesign is a plus
- Extremely proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Desire to work in a growing company in the renewable energy field
