About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyse procurement data, including tool costs, part costs, and supplier performance metrics, to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities
Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, Google Looker, and Dash (Python)
Consolidate data from multiple sources to prepare daily operational summaries and executive-level PowerPoint presentations
Write efficient SQL and Google queries to extract and transform large datasets within Google BigQuery (GCP)
Identify supply chain workflow bottlenecks and design end-to-end automated solutions using Power Automate and Power Query
Build lightweight internal applications using Power Apps to streamline data collection and buyer workflows
Convert manual processes and legacy Excel macros into cloud-based automated pipelines
Build, test, and deploy conversational and task-oriented AI agents using the Google Agent Development Toolkit (ATK / Vertex AI Agent Builder)
Write Python code supporting data science initiatives, API integrations, and AI agent customization
Stay updated on emerging AI/ML trends and propose innovative digital solutions
Collaborate daily with global commodity buyers and operations teams to deliver data-driven solutions
Build relationships across global teams, facilitate meetings, and maintain team versatility/skills matrices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Artificial Intelligence
1+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, Google Looker, or Dash (Python)
Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Query
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic VBA/Macros
Solid understanding of SQL
Experience querying databases in Google BigQuery (GCP)
Hands-on exposure to Python
Strong interest or foundational experience in Generative AI
Experience using the Google Agent Development Toolkit (ATK) or similar LLM orchestration tools
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work in a multicultural, global environment
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and urgent business needs
Flexibility to support global shifts as per business needs
