About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with the Order to Delivery Development Manager, System Development Managers, and IT cross-functional teams to modernise and improve the OTD experience
Develop deep understanding of VISTA and VMACS order-to-delivery systems to support European Ford Dealer Council projects
Understand current business processes and design the desired future-state process
Define what is required to deliver the future state and build the project plan
Track progress against milestones; create and maintain the RAID log
Test new system functionalities
Highlight issues and risks to leadership teams as appropriate
Support communication of new functionality and processes to markets and users

Requirements

What you’ll need

Understanding of Ford's current Order to Delivery process and/or supporting systems
Ability to manage complex and evolving business priorities
Strong communication skills
Business analysis capability with strong ownership
Background checks are required as part of the recruitment process pending a successful interview
