Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial design, Transportation Design, or similar field of study, or a combination of education and equivalent experience
  • 1+ years’ design experience, including experience with final design product execution
  • 1+ years of experience translating 2D to 3D and thinking three-dimensionally, with strong emphasis on proportions and a refined sense of form
  • Design portfolio (PDF) must be provided upon application
  • Product design or interior design experience
  • Understanding of exterior/interior manufacturing processes and materials
  • Ability to interpret customer needs and global trends into compelling design
  • Awareness of global automotive and consumer electronics
  • Exceptional design intuition and strong problem-solving skills
  • Superior ability to visually communicate through sketches and renderings
  • Outstanding teamwork, leadership, visual, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
