About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with architects, anchors, and other product teams to understand relationships between corporate sites and the eCommerce platform
  • Work hands-on with team members to resolve questions, clarify designs, and deliver products
  • Develop software delivering user stories for Ford and Lincoln brand site products
  • Develop unit tests to confirm functionality against functional and non-functional requirements
  • Develop functional tests to confirm user story acceptance and detect regression defects
  • Collaborate continuously with Product Managers and Product Owners to prioritize business- and user-value-driven deliverables
  • Participate in Agentic Development
  • Practice Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
  • Apply security practices including SAST/DAST
  • Use monitoring, logging, and tracing tools such as Dynatrace
  • Engage in Agile practices including stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint demos, and journey mapping
  • Develop, test, debug, document, and deploy new software or enhancements to frontend and backend applications

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or related field
  • 2 years Experience in React / Spring boot
  • 2 years Experience in web development
  • Good understanding of code versioning tools and techniques, and automated build / release solutions
  • Good understanding of design and Agile processes, culture, best practices, and techniques
  • Fluent English
  • Strong analytics and problem-solving skills with attention to details
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Preferred: Minimum 1 years Experience as AEM / AEM Cloud developer and frontend web technologies
  • Preferred: Experience with mobile accessibility
  • Preferred: Experience with microservices, content fragments / experience fragments
  • Preferred: Experience using AI agents
