About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Integrated Services by translating key initiatives into integrated, cross-team marketing campaigns for Tier 1 web, including promotional campaigns
- Lead communication efforts between Integrated Services, Global Digital, Media Communications, Global Media & Partnerships, and WPP agency partners
- Ensure marketing communications align with Ford Brand and Integrated Services priorities
- Create briefs and lead Go-To-Market execution for annual pulses, new product enhancements, and targeted audience campaigns
- Collaborate with internal Marketing Communications and agency partners to develop Tier 1 digital assets
- Assist with Go-To-Market efforts and personalization on digital properties for high-visibility consumer and owner incentives requiring paid media support
- Coordinate and capture complex program and audience data requirements
- Translate incentive and program data into clear, compelling consumer offer messaging
- Organize and streamline incentive information for agency partners to create Tier 1 marketing assets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or project management
- Familiarity with the agency/client relationship model is highly preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and maintain organized workflows
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Extreme attention to detail for managing incentive accuracy and campaign brief requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to distill complex, technical information such as incentive programs into simple, persuasive consumer messaging
- Ability to present to senior stakeholders and collaborate with creative agency teams
- Ability to build relationships across different organizational tiers and with external partners
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to anticipate needs
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift based on market needs
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
