About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Establish, own, and share the product vision and roadmap for Oracle Recruiting, Oracle Journeys, and similar technologies
- Align product roadmaps with Ford’s strategic goals, innovate processes, and deliver exceptional user experiences
- Maintain delivery plans, monitor progress, identify issues with stakeholders, and update HR leaders
- Lead and support a team of analysts, including talent management responsibilities such as drafting goals and performance evaluations
- Oversee analyst work in system enhancement design, configuration, testing, delivery, and maintenance
- Own critical operational tasks as needed
- Prioritize Talent Acquisition incidents, enhancements, and projects based on feasibility, risk, and ROI
- Enhance and innovate employee journeys such as onboarding, leaves of absence, and offboarding
- Partner with Oracle product teams to improve capabilities and influence the recruiting and journeys product roadmap
- Engage in Oracle customer events, community forums, and advisory opportunities
- Serve as lead interface with Digital HR and IT counterparts
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies
- Serve as subject matter expert for Oracle Recruiting and Journeys
- Support complex projects involving integrations, security role definition, reporting, and user training
- Ensure HCM system integrity and compliance with data protection and privacy regulations
- Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive employee data
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree or commensurate work experience in Human Resources, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of work experience with a Master’s degree or 8 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, in HR Technology or a related field
- Minimum 7 years validated experience as a Product Owner in the HR Tech space
- 5+ years of proven hands-on Oracle Recruiting or Journeys experience
- 5+ years of proven management experience involving documentation of business processes, procedures and workflows
- 2+ years working with agile delivery teams
- Prior experience working with Eightfold
- Experience working as an Oracle HCM implementation partner is a plus
- Experience supporting talent acquisition and identifying technology improvement opportunities
- Experience analyzing business/employee needs, current market trends, and HR Tech systems
- Experience designing exceptional user experiences
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization
- Product management experience overseeing the product development lifecycle
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must work onsite four or more days per week
