About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Understand and utilize central communications strategies, guidelines, and directions to build the Ford Service brand locally
- Manage budgets supporting aftersales and communications objectives for digital and social campaigns for Hungary and EDM operations
- Support localization and development of central and local marketing assets by briefing and monitoring agency work
- Prepare local marketing materials, including advertisements, direct mails, website texts, leaflets, flyers, and catalogues
- Coordinate and execute monthly CRM campaigns, including agency briefing, campaign setup, and performance monitoring
- Check and review Hungarian copy texts suggested by agencies
- Coordinate supply and distribution of communication materials to warehouses and dealers
- Manage national and accessory website content
- Liaise with and motivate agency teams; review briefs, media plans, creative copy, and cost estimates
- Liaise continuously with the FCSD Field Force and Business Development teams
- Assist with planning and execution of special events, incentive programs, and meetings
- Test the Ford App
- Process invoices and monitor project expenditures
Requirements
What you’ll need- University or college degree
- Fluent in both English and Hungarian
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Accuracy with numbers and administrative tasks
- Eager and willing to learn
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented and systematic thinking while remaining creative and open to unconventional ideas
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively while meeting deadlines
- At least two years of experience in marketing communications or brand management
- Experience with visual design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Canva is advantageous
