About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Consolidate budget input and support reviews with European/Global Team
Align budget submissions with operational partners and management
Support financial close for month, quarter, and year end by consolidating actuals, performing gap analysis, calculating reserves, and forecasting
Work closely with operational business partners and local management across Marketing, Warehouse, Supply Chain Management, and Engineering
Act as a business advisor on efficient cost and revenue management
Ensure robustness of internal control processes and approval authorities
Review and analyze financial data
Support operations and finance management with business case analysis
Support implementation of strategies and new business initiatives
Lead purchased services approval processes and report to FCSD leadership
Coordinate business plan inputs with Profit Analysis
Lead monthly account reconciliation and ensure timely billings
Support testing under the Modular Control Review Program (MCRP)
Perform ad hoc analysis and support senior management requests

Requirements

What you’ll need

A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
2–3 years of experience in finance
Strong English skills and confidence working in an international environment
Accounting knowledge, ideally including ledger and balance sheet reconciliation
SAP S/4HANA experience is an advantage
Strong Excel skills, and familiarity with tools such as Power Query or Power BI
Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
Fluent English Language
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Good understanding of the Balance Sheet and Income Statement
Successful interview followed by background checks as part of the recruitment process
