About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Compile, analyze, and synthesize validation and quality data from IS, Product, TPM, and V&V teams into status reports and dashboards
  • Run readiness reviews, quality gate checkpoints, and cross-team syncs aligning CI/CD software releases with GPDS vehicle milestones
  • Design, schedule, and run journey-level User Acceptance Testing scenarios; track defects and sign-off status
  • Partner with Marketing, Operations, and CRM to capture GTM and customer service scenarios in the Unified Backlog
  • Support Product Requirement Document updates incorporating GTM and operational considerations
  • Coordinate test vehicles, accounts, and data with V&V teams; monitor post-Job1 cloud deployment activities
  • Execute unified defect triage and escalation, tracking issues through resolution
  • Support rollout of PIT processes from North America to global markets, including documentation and localization
  • Identify coordination inefficiencies and help reduce per-product QA environment overhead
  • Collaborate with the Manager and cross-functional partners, escalating risks and blockers and contributing to a unified quality culture

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field required
  • 3-5+ years of professional experience working with cross-functional teams in complex digital or automotive ecosystems
  • 1+ year of experience supporting quality assurance, release management, program planning, or related coordination activities
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and stakeholders at once
  • Comfort working with data and pulling together information from multiple sources into clear, digestible reports
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Visa sponsorship is not available
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Verification of employment eligibility required at hire
