About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the business partner for HR functions including talent acquisition, organization design, talent development, compensation, well-being, and company compliance
- Develop, communicate, and implement the strategic direction of operations to achieve business strategies, maintain employee morale, and build employee capabilities
- Support development and drive achievement of the annual strategy in line with business priorities
- Diagnose and deliver talent interventions addressing quality, diversity, and depth against business needs
- Determine and deliver succession plans; make final resourcing decisions to agreed levels; embed core processes and talent pipelines
- Define, communicate, and implement capability requirements for business units
- Develop management capability and future leadership talent
- Coach the Leadership team to deliver their purpose and inspire their teams
- Deliver change programs and continuous organizational and productivity improvements
- Measure organizational health and lead employee engagement, reward, and recognition strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master in HR Management or related
- At least 7-8 years+ experience as an HR generalist
- Able to work individually and have a passion to win
- Excellent command of English
