About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive demand management processes and ROI tracking to improve resource utilization, capacity allocation, and strategic decision-making
  • Execute and enhance quarterly strategic planning, using data-driven tools to align IT investments with business priorities
  • Lead teams in agile methodology growth, cross-functional alignment, and resolution of complex systemic issues
  • Create and implement risk management and prioritization frameworks for cross-functional decision-making
  • Partner with product teams to measure and optimize value delivery, road mapping, velocity, and KPI tracking
  • Establish structured intake and change-control processes to manage demand and PI commitments
  • Optimize enterprise Agile platforms and toolchains, including Jira, Confluence, and Planview
  • Translate delivery metrics, portfolio health, ROI, and risks into data-driven narratives for product leadership and stakeholders
  • Leverage AI tools and frameworks to generate business insights, build dashboards, design AI agents, model predictive what-if scenarios, and automate workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 7+ years of progressive project, program, or portfolio management experience
  • 5+ years of experience leading enterprise Agile initiatives, managing multi-team portfolios, and aligning cross-functional teams
  • Proven experience in demand management, ROI tracking, and optimizing resource utilization
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive professional growth, achieve cross-functional alignment, and resolve complex issues
  • Hands-on mastery of Azure DevOps (ADO) or equivalent enterprise Agile platforms for tracking velocity, capacity, and sprint metrics
  • Strong analytical literacy and ability to turn delivery data into actionable portfolio-maturity plans
  • Experience enhancing quarterly strategic planning processes and using data-driven tools is advantageous
  • PMP or SAFe Lean Portfolio Management certification is advantageous
  • Experience in fintech, lending, financial services, or highly regulated environments is advantageous
  • Experience guiding distributed teams across multiple time zones is advantageous
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
