About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead Ford's Marketing Intelligence team responsible for executive reporting, marketing measurement, and analytical decision support
  • Design and continuously improve the Marketing Intelligence operating model, including governance, reporting standards, measurement frameworks, and best practices
  • Transform complex marketing, customer, competitive, and business data into clear, actionable recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness and business performance
  • Embed Marketing Intelligence throughout the campaign lifecycle, from planning and investment decisions through optimization and post-launch learning
  • Lead analytical deep dives to identify performance drivers, diagnose business challenges, and uncover growth opportunities
  • Develop measurement frameworks connecting marketing investments to brand health, customer behavior, sales performance, and business outcomes
  • Build intelligence systems connecting insights directly to business actions, campaign optimization, investment decisions, and strategic planning
  • Monitor consumer, competitive, marketplace, and campaign data to identify emerging trends, performance risks, and growth opportunities
  • Standardize reporting, democratize data, and build scalable self-service tools for stakeholders
  • Leverage AI, automation, and modern analytics tools to improve efficiency and accelerate insight generation
  • Advance measurement capabilities, automation, governance, and technology adoption
  • Coach and develop a high-performing intelligence team and foster analytical rigor, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing intelligence, marketing analytics, business intelligence, consumer insights, management consulting, or a related analytical field
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and presenting recommendations to senior leadership
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking for solving complex business problems
  • Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
  • Deep understanding of marketing measurement, performance analytics, business intelligence, and KPI development
  • Experience developing executive dashboards, scorecards, reporting frameworks, and measurement strategies
  • Experience designing analytical frameworks and decision-support tools
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across highly matrixed organizations
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights
  • Visa sponsorship is not available
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • MBA or advanced business degree, automotive or complex consumer industry experience, management or analytics consulting experience, and experience with MMM, attribution, experimentation, AI-enabled analytics, or advanced marketing measurement are preferred
