About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage milestone cadence within GPDS parameters
- Lead milestone assessments, presentations up to Director level, and evidence management
- Lead or support TPMT (Transmission Product Management Team) for the commodity
- Act as transmission lead/SPOC in vehicle program meetings
- Collect and enter Integrator assessments
- Provide Finance, Purchasing, Planning and Manufacturing team support
- Coordinate with Team of Four groups
- Manage BOM/FEDE-BOM/3DX
- Support WERS/3DX release
- Support Manufacturing and Capacity Planning PATs
- Coordinate with Transmission Systems Engineers to resolve program issues
- Support prototype vehicle sign-off
Requirements
What you’ll need- Clear and concise written and spoken communication
- Fluency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Excel
- 2+ years of transmission or powertrain knowledge/experience
- Familiarity with WERS, Integrator, FEDE, AIMS, e3p, Teamcenter, and 3DX
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Legally authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility verification required
- Visa sponsorship is not available
