About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the review, approval, and tracking of complex tariff-related supplier claims and credits
  • Perform in-depth analysis and reconciliation while ensuring policy and regulatory adherence
  • Establish and refine processes for managing tariff accruals, payments, and credit recovery
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, legal, and accounting
  • Ensure the integrity of tariff-related financial reporting, including preparing accruals and explaining financial impacts
  • Forecast future tariff impacts and accruals and provide strategic leadership on potential changes
  • Partner with operating teams and participate in daily governance
  • Align compliance efforts with suppliers to mitigate tariff impacts
  • Perform financial analysis and lead projects on tariff impacts, trends, mitigation strategies, and opportunities
  • Guide strategic discussions with senior stakeholders on financial implications
  • Lead teams and challenge the status quo through innovative solutions to tariff and trade challenges

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related business-centered degree
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, accounting, trade compliance, or a related commercial role
  • Experience leading a team
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Applications, and AI tools
  • Experience in international trade, customs, or supply chain finance
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
