About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage L&D activities from needs analysis to delivery and feedback, including suppliers, budget, catalogue, KPIs, and learning platforms.
Drive talent reviews, succession planning, high-potential management, and talent pooling across skill teams.
Support capability development, upskilling initiatives, learning paths, and individual development plans.
Coordinate mentoring, leadership development, internal trainers, and blended learning solutions.
Develop and maintain onboarding, induction, and manager development programs.
Build strong internal and external talent pipelines, including university and graduate relations.
Act as a key contact for talent and development-related topics and contribute to relevant projects and initiatives.
Track budget and spending control.
Manage supplier relationships and contracts.
Organize and track training activities according to defined KPIs.
Develop learning catalogues, training materials, onboarding packages, and manager new joiner packs.
Coordinate internal trainer pools, course logistics, and internal trainings.
Develop and maintain learning processes in HCM.
Participate in ad-hoc projects and maintain relationships with the global talent and learning management community.

Requirements

What you’ll need

University/college degree in HR, Business, Finance, Management, or a related field
Proven experience in HR, talent management, learning & development, or a similar role
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in Hungarian and English, verbally and in writing
Results-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused attitude
Strong customer mindset
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, projects, priorities, and external partners
Passion for developing people, building talent pipelines, and creating impactful learning opportunities
