About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of Ford's Off-Road Driving Experiences, balancing existing programs with new initiatives
- Manage and develop a team of direct reports, including performance goals, reviews, coaching, and team development
- Oversee key partner and external vendor relationships and performance
- Guide the creation and continuous improvement of off-road and overlanding curricula
- Direct program-level operational processes, logistical planning, and on-site execution standards
- Lead global market coordination and alignment with regional teams
- Partner with Engineering, Communications, Marketing, and Dealer Relations on brand portfolios and product launch strategies
- Develop, manage, and forecast program budgets
- Track program metrics, customer feedback, and data capture to measure performance and ROI
- Collaborate with digital and CRM teams to optimize the registration-to-event customer journey
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, related field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- 7+ years of progressive experience in customer experience, marketing, or program management
- 7+ years of experience in the Motorsports or Off-Road/Outdoor industry
- 3+ years of direct people management experience, including coaching and team development
- Experience executing and scaling customer-facing experiential programs or events
- Experience managing third-party vendor relationships and service level agreements
- Experience tracking and managing project- or program-level operational budgets
- Track record of designing, piloting, and launching new experiential portfolios or business initiatives from the ground up
- Experience negotiating complex contracts, managing multi-partner alliances, or working with public and private land-use agencies
- Experience developing long-term financial forecasts, managing capital allocation, and optimizing ROI
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for Ford products, off-roading, and delivering high-quality customer experiences
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
