About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement marketing strategy for assigned off-road and dirt racing series to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Oversee official partnerships and liaise with team stakeholders and Ford leadership
  • Interface between Ford and sanctioning bodies or leagues to manage commercial partnerships
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Communications, Global Markets, Licensing, Dealer Relations, Design, Retail Marketing, and Product Marketing
  • Assess business-to-business opportunities arising from official motorsports partnerships
  • Ensure consistent program messaging across earned and shared media
  • Set program goals and monitor performance metrics
  • Manage and support trackside efforts involving leadership, dealers, and employees
  • Oversee agency work supporting motorsports programs
  • Represent Ford at trackside and non-track motorsports events
  • Prepare presentations on program initiatives for executive leadership, including the CEO

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
  • 5–10 years of work experience in marketing
  • Proven experience in motorsports marketing
  • Strong understanding of the motorsports industry and team/driver management
  • Thorough understanding of branding principles and marketing tactics
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Willingness and ability to undertake heavy domestic and international travel
  • Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods
  • Availability for weekend and/or evening hours
  • Preferred: 5+ years of motorsports work experience, including athlete management
  • Preferred: Demonstrated experience in off-roading
  • Ability to coordinate projects across multiple teams and race series
  • Strong program management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience delivering results on time and within budget
