About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Designers, and fellow engineers to own solutions end-to-end, from design and development through deployment, infrastructure management, and continuous optimization
Architect, build, and deploy LLM-powered applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and multi-agent systems for data analysis, anomaly detection, and decision-support workflows
Design, build, and maintain Google Cloud Platform infrastructure using Terraform, including reusable modules, environment promotion, and state management
Champion generative AI tools and agentic coding assistants to streamline development, automate testing, and accelerate CI/CD pipelines
Translate business goals into technical requirements, user stories, and automated test suites within an Agile framework
Author technical design documents, system architecture diagrams, and API specifications
Build CI/CD deployment pipelines on GCP, integrate security and quality scanning, and implement IAM and automated credential rotation with Terraform
Drive problem management, root cause analysis, and incident resolution to maintain availability and performance of analytical systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related quantitative/technology field
4+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering
3+ years of experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue
3+ years of experience with backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Django, or Spring Boot
2+ years of experience with Python and/or Java
3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, including compute, storage, networking, and IAM
2+ years of experience authoring and maintaining Infrastructure as Code via Terraform modules, including remote state management and CI/CD-driven plan/apply workflows
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
