About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Designers, and fellow engineers to own solutions end-to-end, from design and development through deployment, infrastructure management, and continuous optimization
  • Architect, build, and deploy LLM-powered applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and multi-agent systems for data analysis, anomaly detection, and decision-support workflows
  • Design, build, and maintain Google Cloud Platform infrastructure using Terraform, including reusable modules, environment promotion, and state management
  • Champion generative AI tools and agentic coding assistants to streamline development, automate testing, and accelerate CI/CD pipelines
  • Translate business goals into technical requirements, user stories, and automated test suites within an Agile framework
  • Author technical design documents, system architecture diagrams, and API specifications
  • Build CI/CD deployment pipelines on GCP, integrate security and quality scanning, and implement IAM and automated credential rotation with Terraform
  • Drive problem management, root cause analysis, and incident resolution to maintain availability and performance of analytical systems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related quantitative/technology field
  • 4+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue
  • 3+ years of experience with backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Django, or Spring Boot
  • 2+ years of experience with Python and/or Java
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, including compute, storage, networking, and IAM
  • 2+ years of experience authoring and maintaining Infrastructure as Code via Terraform modules, including remote state management and CI/CD-driven plan/apply workflows
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Visa sponsorship is not provided for this role
