About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the planning, development, and launch of Field Service Actions (FSAs)
  • Oversee development, validation, approval, and publication of dealer bulletins and owner communications
  • Collaborate with engineering representatives to define concerns and ensure robust corrective actions
  • Assist with Vehicle Extract Request Request Notifications (VERN) for the FSA Coordinator
  • Champion FSA Fact Sheets for assigned programs in support of Field Review Committee meetings
  • Ensure FSA service trials validate that technical instructions are feasible and accurate
  • Coordinate launch planning with Parts, Supply & Logistics and DSP to ensure required parts and software are available
  • Minimize corporate warranty spend by optimizing repair procedures, parts, and supplier costs
  • Ensure all affected markets are considered throughout FSA planning, development, and launch
  • Coordinate the Field Review Committee monthly document package
  • Approve, reject, and prioritize special FSA data report requests, including VIN counts, unsold vehicles, and completion rates
  • Lead a team of Analysts through FSA planning, approval, and rollout

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive
  • 5+ years of experience using Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • 2+ years of experience managing a team
  • Self-starter and ambitious
  • Proficient in time management
  • Resilient to change and efficient at managing stress and wellbeing in the workplace
  • Ability to use empowerment, coaching/counseling, team building, and process improvement to develop employees and recognize achievements
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Visa sponsorship is not available
