About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own sourcing responsibilities for assigned ADAS commodities, including cameras, radars, LiDAR, ultrasonic sensors, and electronic control modules
  • Lead program sourcing activities for future ADAS applications and ensure suppliers are sourced on time while meeting technical, quality, and program target costs
  • Deliver end-to-end cost reduction goals by analyzing supplier cost structures, including electronic and mechanical Bills of Materials
  • Establish and strengthen global supplier relationships and influence supplier technology and capacity roadmaps
  • Hold regular business reviews with key supplier partners
  • Conduct RFIs/RFQs and execute sourcing strategies with industry-leading partners
  • Manage relationships multiple tiers deep into the supply chain to reduce risk
  • Collaborate with Product Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, and Program teams
  • Manage supplier issues such as supply constraints, quality concerns, and commercial disputes
  • Drive internal risk mitigation and supply chain resilience strategies
  • Analyze ADAS market trends, pricing indices, and supply-demand dynamics
  • Challenge existing processes and implement improvements that enhance efficiency and commercial outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain roles
  • 1+ years of experience working within the automotive industry
  • Strong experience in supplier negotiations and commercial management
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in cost analysis and sourcing decisions
  • Solid understanding of purchasing systems, policies, and program lifecycle
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively with senior leadership
  • High-energy, organized, and self-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with limited direction
  • Preferred: 1+ years with ADAS, electronics, sensing, semiconductor, or software technologies in automotive or consumer electronics industries
  • Knowledge of automotive supply chain structure, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 supplier networks
  • Ability to translate high-level category strategies into tactical program execution
  • Highly effective communication skills, including translating technical details into concise executive messaging
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
