About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build enterprise taxonomies, entity models, and knowledge graphs integrated with AEM to convert static pages into structured, reusable content
- Develop dynamic schema-generation systems using JSON-LD and Schema.org for automated content tagging and search-engine crawling
- Design backend AI pipelines using LLMs and RAG to generate article summaries, key facts, and FAQs
- Implement automated testing and evaluation frameworks for LLM retrieval accuracy, answer quality, and grounding
- Execute Generative Engine Optimization and technical SEO strategies for visibility across conversational AI platforms and search engines
- Develop scalable backend services and REST/GraphQL APIs using Java or Python
- Build and maintain secure microservices and integration layers supporting AI-powered experiences
- Develop frontend features and components using React
- Integrate AI capabilities into AEM content repositories, metadata enrichment, AI search retrieval, and authoring workflows
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Jenkins
- Implement Terraform Infrastructure as Code for scalable AI platforms using Google Cloud technologies
- Support observability, monitoring, operational readiness, and DevSecOps compliance
- Build AEM and React features, resolve technical issues, and maintain the From the Road application
- Partner with stakeholders, UX/UI designers, and product managers to deliver scalable solutions
- Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience in full-stack or backend development
- Hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML applications, particularly with LLMs and RAG architectures
- High proficiency in Java and/or Python
- Strong hands-on experience building web interfaces and components using React
- Experience designing, building, and integrating high-performance, secure REST and GraphQL APIs
- Practical experience with modern DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins, and cloud-native architecture
- Excellent system design and problem-solving skills
- Cross-functional technical leadership skills
- Master's Degree or equivalent
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
