About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of Lincoln’s Experiences, aligning them with Lincoln’s vision and business objectives
- Create and enhance innovative Experience curricula using market insights and competitive analysis
- Develop expansion strategies and identify new market opportunities and strategic partners
- Monitor the competitive landscape and consumer preferences to keep Lincoln’s experiences best-in-class
- Oversee partner performance, brand guideline adherence, operational standards, and financial targets
- Oversee logistical planning and execution for vehicle assets, equipment, and personnel
- Lead integrated marketing and communication strategies for Lincoln events and partnerships
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams and external agencies
- Present program updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Manage budgets, timelines, vendors, and agencies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business
- 5+ years of relevant marketing experience
- Focus in experiential marketing
- Deep understanding of shopper engagement, sponsorship activation, and live events
- Experience leading and/or collaborating with agency teams
- Experience in contract negotiation, partnership management, and vendor relations
- Proven budget development, management, and forecasting experience
- Ability to guide multiple projects with limited supervision and provide project updates
- Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to executive leadership
