Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the standardized depot implementation package used across the IMG region.
Create implementation standards, templates, governance processes, and operational readiness requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve implementation effectiveness and standardization across markets.
Develop business cases and financial justifications for new depot investments and network expansion initiatives.
Perform financial analysis, cost-benefit assessments, and investment evaluations to support decision-making.
Support the end-to-end implementation of new depot facilities across South Africa, the Middle East, and India.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.
Drive continuous improvement activities that enhance productivity, quality, and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in logistics, depot or warehouse operations, supply chain, project implementation, or related operational roles.
Experience managing or supporting cross-functional projects and implementation activities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience developing performance metrics, KPI reporting, and business insights.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in depot, warehouse, distribution center, or logistics network implementation.
Knowledge of Lean, Continuous Improvement, Ford Production System (FPS), or similar operational excellence methodologies.
Experience developing business cases and financial evaluations.
Experience using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, SAP, or similar reporting and business systems.
Experience working across multiple countries or regional operations.
