About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify the root cause for unpriced parts for which Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD) may have already a customer order.
Assign the corrective action based on above analysis to the responsible department.
Actively follow-up on open assignments, especially on high-priority issues.
Upload identified cost to our costing system.
Housekeeping for issues which can be closed as the part is finally priced or the request is outdated.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have a University/College degree and 1+ years’ work experience
You are not afraid of working in English with multinational colleagues from all around Europe
You pay strong attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to data accuracy and integrity
You have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to identify and address cost related issues effectively.
You show proficiency in spreadsheet software and data analysis tools, such as Excel
You are self-motivated and able to work effectively without excessive management intervention
