Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Controls, Computer Science, or a related field).
Vehicle Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and debugging physical vehicles.
Software Literacy: 2+ years of experience in roles requiring a strong understanding of embedded software code
Calibration Tools: 2+ years of experience with calibration and diagnostic toolsets (e.g., ATI Vision, CANalyzer, PTDIAG, EOL tools, or equivalent major automotive tools).
Quality & Validation: 2+ years of experience with Design Verification (DV) and the Failure Mode Analysis (FMA) processes.
Agile Methodology: 1+ years of experience working in a Scaled Agile framework utilizing Jira.
Outstanding interpersonal skills with a proven track record of successfully interfacing cross-functionally across multiple engineering disciplines
Exceptional communication skills and a self-motivated drive to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
