Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define the roadmap for enterprise transformation initiatives and develop plans for onboarding vehicle programs.
  • Partner with IT and functional leaders to drive transformative change.
  • Establish business processes and perform integrated launch planning, digital risk assessment, and value stream mapping.
  • Provide guidelines and standards to individual teams for faster decision making.
  • Dive deep into business processes, data, governance, and interconnected IT systems across value stream to identify issues and develop solutions.
  • Manage a small team including external consultants to integrate various cross functional transformational teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of experience and expertise with cross-functional automotive industrialization processes (PD, Supply Chain, Manufacturing)
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in value stream mapping and process design
  • 5+ years of experience in key tools used across the value chain (CAD, PLM, ERP, MES, etc.) and leading large groups of process and IT architects.
  • Track record of delivering at least 1 end-to-end complex enterprise and cross-functional transformation

  • Ability to assertively facilitate groups of professionals and influence outcomes for the best enterprise outcomes
  • Ability to get into details and be hands on with the team, while having an enterprise level view
