About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As the Group Product Manager, you will be a key leader in shaping the future of our Subscription Revenue Platform responsible for defining and executing the product vision that drives our enterprise strategy forward.
- You will leverage your proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex features and systems and collaborating effectively with leadership, Ford Motor Company, engineering, operations and business stakeholders.
- You will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision that drives our strategy forward.
- This role requires a strong product mindset to manage the Subscription Revenue Management platform and deliver flawless execution of all global transactions, including accounting, tax structure, operations and the product catalog of the subscription business.
- You will play a key role in leading the team to prioritize requests and solve the right problems with a strategic perspective.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 6+ years of related experience in a Product Management or technology role.
- Experience writing product requirement documents and working as part of a collaborative, cross-functional, modern software design and development team.
- Master’s Degree.
- Experience with subscription platforms and products.
- Experience using data to drive decisions, understand the customer journey and define actions to improve and resolve customer pain points and creating informative, actionable dashboards to expose product metrics and performance.
- Experience working with analytical tools and data to understand product performance and opportunities.
- A history of successful coaching and/or leading teams.
- Track record of driving org-wide adoption of new product practices, tools, or frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience with SAAS software development.
- Experience working with agile methodologies, test driven development and continuous deployment and product management practices.
- Experience working in a fast paced, fluid environment where priorities shift on a regular basis.
- Ability to break down complex, ambiguous tasks or requirements into simpler, more manageable tasks and communicate to stakeholders and leadership.
- Experience communicating with and influencing functional and technical team members at all levels in the organization.
- Experience working as part of a collaborative, cross-functional, software design and development team.
- Ability to gather customer insights through user research and testing, competitive analysis and prioritize product features appropriately to address findings.
- Aptitude to recognize roadblocks and escalate issues and seek help when needed.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, self-starter, and proactive attitude.
