About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications across digital and mobile platforms
Collaborate with architects and engineers to define and refine technical solutions
Lead and contribute to full-stack development using modern frameworks and cloud technologies
Build and maintain front-end applications using React and GraphQL
Develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot
Implement Microservices architecture and REST APIs
Apply engineering practices such as:
- Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
- Pair Programming and Agile methodologies
Develop automated unit and integration tests
Monitor systems using tools like Splunk and Dynatrace
Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, demos)
Conduct Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) for new technologies
Support production systems and participate in on-call rotations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
6+ years of software development experience
Strong experience in:
- Java, Spring Boot
- React (or Angular)
- REST API and Microservices architecture
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP / AWS / Azure)
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, etc.)
- Experience with Agile methodologies
Good to Have
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Salesforce
- Exposure to AI tools and use cases
- Knowledge of performance monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace)
Experience with security testing tools (SAST/DAST)
