About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and optimize Sales & Operations Planning and Execution processes, ensuring seamless alignment and supporting complex programs across the entire order-to-delivery chain.
- Define scope, objectives, timelines, and resource needs for complex, cross-functional supply chain projects; align with quarterly gate reviews and steering committees.
- Lead teams including sales, demand planning, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, quality, and finance to deliver end-to-end supply chain initiatives.
- Facilitate supplier training, customer surveys, and symposiums to improve collaboration and performance.
- Leverage knowledge of domestic and international business practices in supply chain, logistics and transportation.
- Develop sourcing strategies, material ramp plans, and cost models; monitor budgets and schedules.
- Drive continuous improvement in supply chain operating models, governance, and decision frameworks.
- Manage supply chain risks, ensure compliance with sourcing policies, and support sustainability/responsible sourcing initiatives.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of integrated supply chain programs aligned with business goals, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate cross-functional teams across procurement, logistics, manufacturing, engineering, IT, and finance to ensure seamless program execution.
- Lead digital transformation efforts, including ERP enhancements, supply chain visibility tools, automation, and data analytics.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the consumer industry and a comprehensive understanding of the full supply chain, from front-end to back-end (order-to-delivery).
- Demonstrated experience in sales, operations, or demand planning.
- Proven experience in finished goods manufacturing capacity or production planning.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, with a heavy emphasis on S&OP and S&OE processes, alongside procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
- Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives and managing complex, cross-functional programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
