About the role
- Manages a 3-year rotational program of 65-75 associates globally
- Lead the Manufacturing FCG (Ford College Graduate) Program
- Oversee day-to-day program management and serve as the system reporting manager for all 90+ FCGs
- Drive key program activities and KPIs
- Build a strong FCG brand and leadership pipeline with internal and external benchmarks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a Manufacturing-related field
- 5+ years of Manufacturing experience in a management position
- Experience working in a manufacturing plant environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex processes and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience presenting data insights and recommendations to leadership
- Strong ability to influence and build relationships across different levels of the organization.
