About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development of the Indirect Program Management Process, leveraging advanced data analytics and Power BI to build robust dashboards that communicate the health, spend, and milestones of indirect programs to top-level leadership.
- Drive project management for key initiatives and serve as an indirect program buyer when required—ensuring the on-time sourcing of indirect goods and services.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in indirect purchasing, supply chain, or project management (preferably within a manufacturing or automotive environment).
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools, specifically Power BI and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Power Query), with a proven ability to build dashboards from scratch.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and tracking milestones from conception to completion.
- Experience working within major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to present data-driven business cases to senior leadership.
- Highly flexible with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing launch environment.

- Experience in battery manufacturing, electric vehicles (EV), or high-tech manufacturing industries.
